Product Introduction:

Q641F pneumatic flange ball valve can be closed tightly with only the operation of 90 degree rotation of air and small rotating torque. The completely equal internal cavity of the valve body provides the medium with a very small and straight-through flow channel. It is generally considered that the ball valve is suitable for opening and closing directly, but the recent development has designed the ball valve to be used for throttling and controlling flow. The main feature of ball valve is its compact structure, easy to operate and maintain, suitable for general working medium such as water, solvent, acid and natural gas, and also suitable for medium with bad working conditions, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane and ethylene. The valve body of the ball valve can be integral or combined.

Working principle:

Pneumatic flange ball valve is a direct combination of GT type, AT type pneumatic piston cylinder and ball valve rotating AT 90 °. When the ball rotates 90 degrees, it should all present a spherical surface at the inlet and outlet, so as to cut off the flow, otherwise, it will present a through hole, making the medium pass through. The sphere cavity of full-path provides the medium with a straight-through channel with little resistance. The quick rotation of the pneumatic actuator at 90 degrees can make the ball valve close tightly instantly, and the direct connection between the actuator and the valve body reduces the probability of failure. The pipeline connected by flange can maintain good sealing performance, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement, and convenient for pipeline sealing.

 

Product features:

Pneumatic ball valve is mainly used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline, and can also be used for the adjustment and control of fluid. Compared with other valves, it has the following advantages.

  1. The fluid resistance is small, and the ball valve is the one with the smallest fluid resistance among all valves. Even if it is a reduced diameter ball valve, its fluid resistance is quite small.
  2. Thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of the valve stem, which can make the long-term operation of the valve stem stable and flexible.
  3. The sealing performance of the valve seat is good, and the sealing ring made of elastic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene is adopted. The structure is easy to seal, and the valve sealing capacity of the ball valve increases with the increase of the medium pressure.
  4. The sealing of the valve stem is reliable. Since the valve stem is operated as if it is rotating instead of lifting and dropping, the packing sealing of the valve stem is not easy to be damaged, and the sealing ability increases with the increase of the pressure of the medium.
  5. The service life of ball valve is long due to the good self-lubricating property of materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene and the small friction loss with sphere.
  6. The convex steps of the bottom-mounted valve stem and the head of the valve stem prevent the valve stem from spouting out. If the sealing damage of the valve stem is caused by fire, metal contact can be formed between the convex steps and the valve body to ensure the sealing of the valve stem.
  7. Anti-static function: Spring is set between sphere, valve stem and valve body, which can export the static electricity generated during the switching process.

 

Actuator

Adopt new series of GT type pneumatic actuators, double-action and single-action (Spring Reset), gear rack transmission, safe and reliable; large diameter valve adopts series AW type pneumatic actuator fork transmission, reasonable structure, large output torque, dual-action type and single-action type.

  1. Gear type double piston, with large output torque and small volume.
  2. The cylinder is made of aluminum alloy, which is light in weight and beautiful in appearance.
  3. Manual operating mechanism can be installed at the top and bottom.
  4. The rack type connection can adjust the opening angle and rated flow.
  5. The actuator can choose the feedback indication of live signal and all kinds of accessories to realize automatic operation (optional explosion-proof ).
  6. IS05211 standard connection provides convenience for the installation and replacement of products.
  7. The joint screws adjusted at both ends can make the standard products have ± 4 ° adjustable range between 0 ° and 90 °. Ensure the synchronization accuracy with the valve.
